Orders and acceptance
By placing an order, you confirm that the product, compatibility, quantity, delivery information and pricing have been reviewed. An order is accepted after payment is successfully received and FleetEyes confirms processing. Availability, taxes, shipping and installation charges are shown or communicated as applicable.
You must provide accurate vehicle and installation details. Damage or failure caused by unsuitable installation, wiring, power supply, network conditions or use outside the product specification is not treated as a manufacturing defect.
Refund and cancellation policy
If a product arrives damaged, defective or not working, contact FleetEyes promptly and provide the order number, serial number, photographs or video of the product and packaging, and a clear description of the issue. Do not open, alter or repair the device unless FleetEyes authorises it.
Every device is inspected and tested before dispatch. A reported product must therefore be verified by our technical team. After inspection and testing, FleetEyes will determine whether a covered defect exists and, when a remedy is due, whether repair, replacement with the same or an equivalent device, or refund is the appropriate resolution. A refund is considered only when FleetEyes confirms the defect and repair or replacement is not appropriate or reasonably available.
Shipping, inspection or replacement instructions must be followed. Products returned without authorisation, with missing parts, physical damage, tampering, liquid damage, incorrect installation or misuse may be declined. Nothing in this policy limits a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
One-year limited warranty
FleetEyes hardware products include a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase unless a different written warranty is shown for a specific product. During this period, a verified manufacturing or material defect will be serviced under warranty without a product-service charge.
The warranty covers the original purchaser and product identified by the invoice or serial number. It does not cover installation or removal costs, SIM/data plans, subscriptions, consumables, cosmetic wear, accidental or vehicle damage, theft, water or fire damage, voltage or wiring faults, unauthorised repair, altered serial numbers, misuse, or use outside published requirements.
After the warranty expires, or where an issue is outside warranty coverage, FleetEyes may provide inspection, repair or replacement as a paid service. The applicable charge and customer approval will be communicated before paid work begins.
